Train: Complete any required trainings to meet our standards.
Interview: Meet with us to discuss your qualifications and our expectations.
Sign Contract: Review and sign the Independent Contractor Agreement.
SCHEDULE
Submit Availability: Let us know your available hours each Wednesday.
Get Assignments: We’ll send your assignments 48-72 hours in advance.
PREPARE
Pick Up Your Kit: Collect the kit from us; it will include all necessary instructions for each assignment.
Receive Your Uniform: We will send you a uniform to wear to your assignments – at no cost to you.
ASSIGNMENT
Complete Services: Perform the assigned services professionally, adhering to the highest standards of care and compliance.
Understand Your Assignment: Review the instructions in the kit carefully before each job to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Drop Off the Lab: After completing the services, promptly drop off the lab to the location assigned in the instructions.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Use the Forum: Connect with other phlebotomists for support and shift exchanges through our Facebook group.
Contact Administrator: Reach out for assistance with concerns or shift change approvals.
